2nd Annual Children’s Snapper Derby

Oyster Bay’s Annual Snapper Derby is back for another bite! This fun family event, open to youngsters ages 14 and under, provides fun prizes and awards, along with giveaways for all participants. Take advantage of this great opportunity to introduce children to the wonderful recreational sport of fishing!

Event Details: Sunday, September 15th, 2024 at Theodore Roosevelt Park near the Gazebo & Pier from 7:30am – 3:00pm
Sign-in begins at 7:30am and ends at 10:30am

Registration: There are 3 ways to register for the Snapper Derby:
By Mail – Town Hall South, 977 Hicksville Road, Massapequa NY Attn: Jackie Devlin, Snapper Derby
In Person – Town Hall South in Massapequa, Causeway Bait & Tackle in Wantagh, Duffy’s Bait & Tackle in Glenwood Landing, Hi-Hook Bait & Tackle in Huntington
