Distinguished Artists: Art Lillard & The Blue Heaven Sextet (Jazz/Blues/Latin)

Drummer Art Lillard has assembled an outstanding group of seasoned jazz musicians to bring you an afternoon of energetic and tasteful blues, swing, and Latin instrumental music

Blue Heaven has been performing in the New York area since 1998 and has appeared nationally and internationally on the CBS television daytime soap opera, “Guiding Light.” They have also performed for New York’s Swing Dance Society at Irving Plaza in Manhattan and at the Brooklyn Public Library’s Summer Swing Series, as well as at various top jazz venues in Manhattan.
